Are there hidden fees?
No. The price shown includes VAT where applicable and free delivery anywhere in mainland UK. The amount shown before payment is the amount taken, once. No subscription, no later charge, and the courier asks you for nothing.
How long until it arrives?
Free UK delivery — tracked, 7–14 working days. You get the tracking number by email and text as soon as it leaves.
What if it is not for me?
You have fourteen days from delivery. The return is at our expense, the refund is in full, and you do not have to give a reason. That is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. (If an item is faulty or not as described, your Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights also apply.)
Is it ready to ride out of the box?
Almost. On the e-bikes the handlebar and pedals clamp on; on the scooters the handlebar clamps on. The charger is in the box and the tools are supplied. It arrives part-charged, so give it a full charge before the first long ride.
