Every week, 1 in 10 orders refunded

The short version

Every order paid on onride.co.uk goes into that week’s draw. For every 10 orders in the week, one is drawn at random and refunded in full. You keep the bike or scooter. No extra step, no code: your order is your entry. You can also enter free, without buying anything (see section 4). A new draw starts every Monday.

1. Promoter

OnRide, a trading name of COMOGIA LTD (company no. 17090269) — support@onride.co.uk.

2. Draw periods

Each draw period runs from 12:00 am Monday to 11:59 pm Sunday, UK time (GMT or BST, whichever applies). Each period is a separate draw. The promotion repeats every week until further notice; if we end it, we will say so on this page at least 7 days beforehand, and every order already placed in an open period stays in that period’s draw.

3. Who can enter

UK residents aged 18 or over. The promoter, and anyone who works for or with the promoter on this promotion, cannot enter.

4. How to enter

Place and pay for an order on onride.co.uk during a draw period, at the normal listed price. Each paid order is one entry in that period’s draw. There is no entry fee and no extra purchase is needed. An order cancelled or refunded (other than as a prize) before the draw is removed from the draw.

Free entry, no purchase necessary. You can enter any draw without buying anything: email support@onride.co.uk during the draw period with the subject “Free draw entry”, your full name and your email address. Each free entry counts as one entry and has exactly the same chance of winning as a paid order. One free entry per person per draw period. Free entries are counted with paid orders when working out the number of winners. A free-entry winner receives a cash prize equal to the price of the most expensive product on onride.co.uk at the time of the draw, paid by bank transfer.

5. Number of winners

One winning order for every 10 eligible orders in the period, rounded down, with a minimum of one winner if there is at least one eligible order. Example: 27 eligible orders means 2 winners; 30 means 3. Total prizes in any one weekly draw are capped at £1,500: if one in ten would exceed that amount, the number of winners is the highest number whose prizes total £1,500 or less.

6. Prize

A full refund of the amount paid for the winning order, returned to the original payment method within 5 working days of the draw. The customer keeps the product. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged.

7. The draw

Each period’s draw takes place on the following Tuesday at 12:00 pm UK time at the promoter’s premises. Winning orders are selected by a computerised random draw from the list of eligible orders and free entries for that period.

8. Winners

Winners are notified by email within 2 working days of the draw. Winners’ first names and initials are published on this page within 5 working days of the draw. No action is needed to claim a refund prize: the refund is made automatically. A free-entry winner is asked by email for bank details to receive the prize.

9. General

Entry details are used only to run this promotion and to fulfil your order, as described in our privacy policy. This promotion is governed by the law of England and Wales. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including returns and warranty, are not affected.
