What we do
OnRide sells four models — two e-bikes and two electric scooters — direct to you. No shop, no dealer network, no marketplace in between: you order on onride.co.uk, we deliver to your door, and the same team handles your questions, returns and warranty.

What you can count on
- The price you see is the price you pay — VAT where applicable and delivery included, nothing added later.
- Free tracked UK delivery — 7–14 working days, tracking number by email as soon as it leaves.
- 14 days to change your mind — we send a prepaid label, the refund is in full.
- 2-year warranty — parts and labour, on top of your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Secure payment — card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; we never see or store your card number.
